Morgan minstrel quest will be unlocked once your character reach Base Level 40. To start the quest, go to Geffen and find the minstrel Clem Silva located to the north of Minstrel William Hasat.
To finish the quest you need to do the following:
- Give 1 CD - I Miss You.
- Kill 300 Deniro.
- Give 30 pieces Memento.
Finishing this quest will unlock "Mithril Gown" gear in Geffen Equipment Crafter.
