Stats
STR: Each point will increase Physical Attack by 2, Parry by 1 and Hit by 3.
AGI: Each point will increase Hit by 1, Critical by 2 and Dodge by 2.
INT: This stats give no benefit for Master Rogue.
WIS: Each point will increase SP by 15 and SP Recover potion effect rate by 0.10%.
VIT: Each point will increase HP by 13 and HP Recover potion effect by 0.20%.
At Master Level 40, I highly recommend to put all +375 bonus stats to STR. This is the basic step to boosting your damage output.
Other Relevant Stats for PvE Master Rogue:
Vigor: Decreases Cooldown of all skills.
PVP Damage Increase: Increases damage rate while on PvP.
Penetration: Ignores target's defense by a certain percentage.
Skills
Attack Rotation
Hiding > Cross Impact > Dual Stab > Crescent Moon > Smoke Bomb > Cross Impact > Dirty Plan > Smoke Bomb > Cross Impact > Crescent Moon. Whenever Combo Mastery kicks in always use Moonlight Dance or Crescent Moon. With max Vigor, Cross Impact becomes your bread and butter with less than 2 seconds cooldown. Use Mark of Death whenever possible, preferably when the target is knocked down because the animation of Mark of Death makes your character unable to move for about 2 seconds.
Offensive Skills
- Double Attack (1/5): Requires Dagger, Claw or Dual Dagger and 2 points of SP to cast. At a range of 2 meters, attacks the enemy and inflicts damage equaling 170% of your Physical Attack, then obtain 1 Combo Point. This is an instant cast skill and the cooldown depends on your Vigor. I highly recommend to keep this skill at level 1.
- Deadly Blow (1/5): Requires Dagger, Claw or Dual Dagger and 2 points of SP to cast. At a range of 2 meters, strikes the enemy with Blow of Death and inflicts damage equaling to 170% of your Physical Attack. It consumes all Combo Points and inflicts additional damage equaling to 7% of your Physical Attack for each Combo Point consumed. This is an instant cast skill and has no cooldown. I recommend to keep this skill at level 1.
- Dark Illusion (1/5): Requires Dagger, Claw or Dual Dagger and 2 points of SP to cast. At a maximum range of 20 meters, appears and attacks from behind the enemy and inflicts damage equaling to 210% of your Physical Attack and obtain 1 Combo Point. This skill always lands as Critical Hit and you need to be in Hide state to cast. This is an instant cast skill and the cooldown depends on your character's Vigor. Keep this skill at level 1.
- Dagger Throwing (1/5): Requires Dagger, Claw or Dual Dagger and 2 points of SP to cast. At a maximum range of 20 meters, throws a dagger to distant enemy and inflicts damage equaling to 184% of your Physical Attack. This is an instant cast skill and the cooldown depends on your character's Vigor. Keep at level 1.
- Meteor Assault (1/5): Requires 2 points of SP to cast. Generates Shock Wave on the ground and inflicts damage equaling to 171% of your Physical Attack, damaging up to 3 nearby enemies in a 2 meter radius. This skill is cast instantly and the cooldown depends on your character's Vigor. Keep this skill at level 1.
- Cross Impact (5/5): Requires Dagger, Claw or Dual Dagger and 13 points of SP to cast. At a range of 2 meters, attacks the enemy and inflicts damage equaling to 700% of your Physical Attack and obtain 1 Combo Point. This is an instant cast skill and the cooldown depends on your character's Vigor. This is one of your offensive skills included in your skill rotation, Max this skill to level 5.
- Dual Stab (1/10): Requires Dagger or Dual Dagger and 1 points of SP to cast. At a range of 2 meters, simultaneously stabs the enemy with weapons in both hands and inflicts damage equaling to 143% of your Physical Attack and obtain 2 Combo Points. This skill has a 3% probability of obtaining Detect Weakness buff which gives damage bonus to Deadly Blow and Moonlight Dance. This is an instant cast skill and the cooldown depends on your character's Vigor. It is tempting to max this skill, but the only reason you use this skill is for obtaining additional Combo Point and unlocking the next skill. Keep this skill at level 1, the skill points is better invested to other skills.
- Rolling Cutter (0/6): Requires Dagger or Dual Dagger and 4 points of SP to cast. Throws multiple blades, at max level inflict damage equaling to 182% of your Physical Attack to up to 10 nearby enemies, and causes Bleeding that inflicts additional damage equaling to 27% of your Physical Attack every 2 seconds for 10 seconds. Effects of Bleeding is compounded by up to 3 times for each successful Critical hit of the Rolling Cutter. This is an instant cast skill and has no cooldown. Not useful in PvP situations, don't spend a point in this skill.
- Crescent Moon (10/10): Requires at least 1 Combo Point and 12 points of SP to cast. At a range of 2 meters, spins in the air and kicks the target and inflicts damage equaling to 380% of your Physical Attack, and causes Knock Down for a short period. The duration of the effect is increased by 1 second for every Combo Point consumed. Target is also inflicted with Fracture debuff effect for 10 seconds. When Fracture is in effect, HP and SP recovery is disabled and Movement Speed is decreased by 70%. This skill is cast instantly and the cooldown depends on your character's Vigor. Max this skill to get the full benefits of Fracture effect.
- Moonlight Dance (10/10): Requires at least 5 Combo Point, Dagger or Dual Dagger weapons and 56 points of SP to cast. At a range of 2 meters, attacks the target with a show of dazzling dance of daggers and inflicts damage equaling to 1,420% of your Physical Attack. This skill inflicts additional damage equaling to 30% of your Physical Attack if Detect Weakness is in effect. This skill is cast instantly and the cooldown depends on your characters Vigor. This skill is your ultimate attack, and it is only proper to max this.
Support Skills
- Hiding (3/3): Requires Dagger, Claw or Dual Dagger. Hides in the shadow. The first skill cast while in Hide state inflicts critical damage. Hiding cannot be used when in combat state. Hiding is an instant cast skill and the cooldown depends on your character's Vigor. Max this skill, as a hiding class it is a must.
- Mark of Genocide (5/5): Requires 14 SP to cast, an instant cast buff that increases Critical Hit Rate of all Party and Attack Squad members by 10% for 30 minutes. Cooldown depends on character's Vigor. I recommend to max this skill.
- Poisoning Weapon (1/5): Requires Dagger, Claw or Dual Dagger. When using poison laced weapon attack skill, the target may be poisoned with 30% success rate. Poisoned target will be inflicted with additional damage equaling to 17% of your Physical Attack every 2 seconds for 20 seconds. This buff is cast instantly and the cooldown depends on your character's Vigor. Keep at level 1.
- Smoke Bomb (6/6): An instant cast skill that immediately disengages combat mode and goes into hiding. No damage is received and hide remains in effect for 5 seconds after casting the skill. This skill has a 90 seconds cooldown at level 6, but can be further reduced with high Vigor. I recommend to max this skill because it is your life saver in tough situations.
- Dirty Plan (1/5): An instant cast skill that instantly obtains 5 Combo Points and resets the Cool Time of all your skills. This skill has a cooldown of 200 seconds at level 1, but can be further reduced with Vigor. Even though it is tempting to max this skill, you only use this during successive combo in PvP or if you're in a pinch and needed to reset your smoke bomb. Combo Mastery is enough to sustain your Combo Point need during combat.
- Gangster Paradise (1/5): Requires at least 1 Combo Point and 4 SP to cast. An instant cast self-buff skill that consumes Combo Point and recovers 12% of your HP every 2 seconds. The duration of the effect is increased by 2 seconds for every 1 Combo Point consumed. At level 1, this skill has 120 seconds cooldown but can be further reduced by Vigor. Keep at level 1.
- Unstable Doping (5/5): An instant cast self-buff skill. When attack skill is used, Physical Attack or Critical Hit Rate may be increased by 20% for 30 seconds with 20% success rate. Effects of Adrenaline Rush is activated for 3 minutes when Potion is used to restore HP, and Attack is increased by the amount equaling to 10% of restored HP. Effects of Adrenaline Rush is applied for up to 30% of the total combined Attack of Basic Stat and Equipment Stat. This skill's cooldown depends on the Vigor of your character. Unstable Doping is your own unique ultimate offensive buff, maxing this skill is a must.
- Mark of Death (10/10): An instant cast enemy debuff skill. At a maximum range of 10 meters, put dead mark on target and increase the damage by 20%. If the target is Rogue, 20% additional damage will be applied. Target's Movement Speed will be decreased by 50%. This skill's cooldown depends on the Vigor of your character. Max this skill, very useful in PvP situations as well as boss raids.
- Ymir Child Cthulhu (3/3): Your ultimate buff, infuses the magical power of Ymir's Heart with you faith and creates usable energy. Increases your Attack and Movement Speed by 30% and Penetration by 450. Cooldown depends on your character's Vigor. No questions asked! Max this skill.
Passive Skills
- Combo Training (3/3): When skill that obtains Combo Point is used, 1 additional Combo Point is obtained with 20% success rate. With Combo Points being your lifeblood, it is proper to max this skill.
- Combo Mastery (3/3): When attack skill is used, the next skill that consumes Combo Point may be cast without consuming any Combo Points with 20% success rate, and achieve the effect as if 5 Combo Points are consumed. This skill is your secret weapon, maxing this skill grants you almost unlimited use of skills that requires Combo Points.

Slot 1: +10 Queen Serenia Card [Epic+]

Overall these five cards will give your character 980 VIT, 1,013 Vigor, 489 Penetration, 250 STR, 200 Critical and 250 Haste. While it is extremely difficult and expensive to collect this cards, the effects is worth the trouble.
Gears
Weapon
- +20 Serenia's Dual Dagger: I recommend to put 2 pieces Bind Rune of Strength +80 and 1 piece GreenSeed Rune[Power 40]. For the honing, the first hone must be STR and the seconds must be PvP Damage Increase. The last three remaining hones should be three lines Attack Power.
Armors
Armor honing must be focused on PvP Damage Increase. First line should be STR, then the remaining four lines must be PvP Damage Increase.
- +20 Serenia's Light Armor Helmets: I recommend to put 1 piece Bind Rune of Strenth +80.
- +20 Serenia's Light Armor Plates: 1 piece Bind Rune of Strength +80 and 1 piece GreenSeed Rune [Armor 25] is recommended for the rune holes.
- +20 Serenia's Light Armor Pants: 1 piece Bind Rune of Strength +80 and 1 piece BlueSeed Rune[50] is recommended.
- +20 Eddga Tunic Gloves: 2 pieces Bind Rune of Strength +80 and 1 piece BlueSeed Rune[50] is recommended for the rune holes. I choose Eddga Tunic Gloves over Serenia's Light Armor Gloves because it gives Penetration and a bit of AGI.
- +20 Serenia's Light Armor Boots: 2 pieces Bind Rune of Strength +80 for the rune holes.
Accessories
- Serenia's Necklace: +STR Seal or +Attack Power Seal and 1 piece ChungLimSa (Attack) is recommended.
- Serenia's Earing: +STR Seal or +Attack Power Seal and 1 piece ChungLimSa (Attack) is recommended.
- Serenia's Ornaments: +STR Seal or +Attack Power Seal and 1 piece ChungLimSa (Attack) is recommended.
- 2 Pieces Serenia's Ring: +STR Seal or +Attack Power Seal and 1 piece ChungLimSa (Attack) is recommended for each ring.
Costumes
Bottom, Gloves and Shoes is recommended to be slotted with 3 pieces Rune of ChungLimSa (Attack) each. Head Accessory and Top costumes must be slotted with 3 pieces Bind Rune of Strength +80 each. Mid Face, Lower Face and Back Accessory must be slotted with 3 pieces Bind Rune of Strength +50 each. Overall this setup will give bonus to your Attack Power and PvP Damage Increase.
Pets
Giant Driller: A 5 star pet pet comes with the skill AoE Stun.
Vador: A 4 star pet pet comes with the AoE Offensive skill Wide Area Attack.
Gorem: A 3 star pet pet comes with the buff skill Damage Reduction and HP/SP Increase.
Assassin Elder: A 4 star pet pet comes with the buff skill DoT heal.
Vador: A 4 star pet pet comes with the AoE Offensive skill Wide Area Attack.
Gorem: A 3 star pet pet comes with the buff skill Damage Reduction and HP/SP Increase.
Assassin Elder: A 4 star pet pet comes with the buff skill DoT heal.
Titles
A Lawless World!: Gives 200 STR, 200 AGI, 200 INT, 100 WIS and 100 VIT. Be it PvE or PvP, this title is a good choice for a Master Rogue.
Christmas Wreath: Gives 400 Attack Power, 400 Magic Power 500 Defense and 150 Vigor. All the bonus of Christmas Wreath is very beneficial for a PvP Master Rogue. With the bonus on Attack Power and Vigor, I don;t think there is any suffix title out there that is better.
