Honkai Impact 3 - Kiana Kaslana: White Comet Character Guide

Kiana Kaslana is 16 year old Valkyrie and a student of St. Freya High School like Raiden Mei and Bronya Zaychik. Kiana is nimble and excels in combat art called Gun Fu. Kiana's White Comet form is Mecha type which is strong against Creature types and weak against Psychic types. This form is a reliable melee attacker focused on dealing constant DPS. This form is also good at interrupting enemy attacks and has a high survivability rate. Kiana's White Comet form is already unlocked at the beginning, making her the very first available Valkyrie at your disposal.

Skills Guide

Leader Skill: Meteor Bless

When White Comet Kiana is designated as the squad leader, the whole squad receives the buff Guider.

• Guider: At max level, Guider increases the maximum HP of all squad    member by 18%.

Passive Skills

White Comet Kiana's passive skill makes her receive boost automatically from Shield Breaker and Critical Mastery.

• Shield Breaker: At max level, increases Kiana's damage to shields by 50%.
• Critical Mastery: At max level, it will increase Kiana's critical damage by 40% while her HP is above 80%.

Evasion Skills: Time Shift

White Comet Kiana's evasion skill makes her roll quickly to evade enemy attacks. If you successfully executed an Ultimate Evasion, Time Fracture triggers and all enemies will be slowed down for 3 seconds. Time Fracture has a cooldown of 15 seconds.

• Time Blink: At max level, decreases the cooldown of Time Fracture by 4 seconds.
• Power Flow: At max level, everytime a Time Fracture is triggered, the whole squad will recover and additional 5.0 HP.

Basic Attack: Meteor Target

White Comet Kiana's basic attack uses Gun Kata to unleash a penta-strike. The first to third strikes each deals physical damage equal to 100% of Attack. The fourth strike deals physical damage equal to 150% of Attack twice. And the fifth strike deals 250% of physical attack twice.

• Meteor Shard: At max level, increases Kiana's physical damage by 143.0.
• Meteor Explosion: At max level, it will deal an additional 1,485 physical damage to enemy upon breaking its shield using basic or combo attacks.
• Meteor Impact: At max level, basic attacks have 40% chance of stunning enemy for 2.0 seconds upon a successful interrupt.

Ultimate: Valkyrie Burst

White Comet Kiana's ultimate makes her enter the goddess state using Valkyrie's energy burst. During the burst, SP is consumed continuously to increase own Attack Speed and Ignore Interrupt. Continuous burst consumes 20 SP to activate and 10 SP per second until SP is depleted.

• Valkyrie Impact: At max level, stuns surrounding enemies for 5.0 seconds when Burst occurs, dealing 2,610.0 physical damage.
• Valkyrie Barrier: At max level, grants the whole squad protection during Burst, increasing Ignore Interrupt and increasing defense by +100%.
• Valkyrie Charge: At max level, Kiana receives and Energy Charge  every 12.0 seconds. The attack stuns the enemy for 3.0 seconds. 

Special Attack: Combo Skill - Comet Fall

White Comet Kiana's combo skill attacks the enemy with a double-kick, punting them into the air and then bringing them down. During Punt, Kiana deals physical damage equal to 50% of Attack. When she finally brings the enemy down, Kiana deals and AoE physical damage equal to 275% of her Attack.

• Switch Skill - Comet Explosion: At max level, unleashes a crushing attack upon entering the battle, dealing 275% of Attack as physical damage. Then stuns the enemy for 6.0 seconds upon successful interrupt.
• QTE - Top Helix: QTE is triggered  when an enemy is knocked airborne. At max level, QTE deals 375% plus 2,250.0 physical damage. The last attack of the QTE will stun the enemy for 3 seconds.
• Gravity Freak: At max level, the second strike of combo attacks and Comet Explosion deals an additional 1,125 fire damage to enemy with an unbroken Elite Shield.

Weapons Guide

The following values of weapon physical damage, elemental damage, percentage and time values are the maximum values attainable when the respective weapons are upgraded to their maximum star and level.

Early Game

Colt Peacemaker and Water Spirit Type - I are both highly recommended because they can be easily obtained at early levels and they both give beneficial bonus and effects to Kiana's skills. Colt Peacemaker provides stun at lower SP cost. While Water Spirit Type - I is compatible with Kiana's floating combo skills, further strengthening Kiana's damage output.

• Colt Peacemaker: A double-action revolver designed and produced by the Colt Company. It works with 44 Special, 44 Magnum and 45 Colt bullets. This weapon comes with the skill Stunning Bullets which basically stuns target and surrounding enemies in a small area for 2.54 seconds.
• Water Spirit Type - I:  A pistol designed especially for Valkyries by the St. 7308 Research Center. An I-30 Honkai energy engine is installed in it. The condensed particles produced by the core are used to strengthen the bullets and effectively create impact that is far superior to that of average bullets. This weapon's skill is Fairy's Tears which increases physical damage by 40% to floating targets makes Kiana's attacks devastating.

Late Game

Mjolnir or Mutated Bow of Hel, either one of these two weapons comes highly recommended for late game. Mjolnir makes the enemies vulnerable by lowering their defense. Mutated Bow of Hel on the other hand seals the enemy's movement by inflicting freezing status, also gives bonus damage to frozen or stunned enemies. Either of these two is an excellent choice, but personally I prefer the Mjolnir.

• Mjolnir: Part of the "Gods" weapon series, produced by the Schicsial using "Soul Steel". An immense number of Honkai particles are stored inside the weapons. When triggered, the particles generate powerful energy cubes which then unleash Thor's hammer of fury on the enemies. This weapon comes with the skills Wrath of Thor and Crush. Wrath of Thor drops a thunder hammer that knocks down enemies, dealing physical damage equal to 405% of attack and impairing them. Impaired enemies' defense is decreased by 80% for 4.0 seconds. Crush increases Critical Rate by 15%.
• Mutated Bow of Hel: Nagamitsu, Director of Schicsial's St. 1504 Research Center, was the bladesmith who modified the Spirit Bow blueprints, and created the "Bow of Hel". This name comes from the sworn enemy of Valkyries in Nordic legends, named Hel, the goddess of death. This weapon grants the skills Land of Death and Underworld River. Land of Death bombards the target with light beams, dealing 30.0% of attack multiplied by 9 as physical damage and freezing enemies in range for 3.0 seconds. Underworld River increases critical rate by 3.0%, and all physical damage dealt by wielder to stunned and frozen enemies is increased by 20.0%.

Stigmata Guide

Early Game

The following Stigmata set is recommended for early game. The set grants two bonus skills, the Dual Guns Master 2 Sets and Speed Up 3 Sets. Dual Guns Master 2 Sets will increase the melee physical damage by 15% and increase the maximum HP during battle by additional 5% when equipped by Kiana or Kallen. Speed Up 3 Sets will increase the Movement Speed of the wielder by 15%. 

• Hannah (T): An advanced attack-type Stigma. Can be assembled to form the Teutonic Order set. A three star level 25 Hannah (T) grants the Switch Skill Enhance skill which increases physical damage of switch attacks including QTE by 10%.
• Hannah (M): An advanced defense-type Stigma. Can be assembled to form the Teutonic Order set. A three star level 25 Hannah (M) grants the Switch Skill Enhance skill which increases physical damage of switch attacks including QTE by 10%.
• Hannah (B): An advanced hybrid-type Stigma. Can be assembled to form the Teutonic Order set. A three star level 25 Hannah (M) grants the Switch Skill Enhance skill which increases physical damage of switch attacks including QTE by 10%.

Late Game

The following Stigmata set is recommended for late game. The set will grant two bonus skills, the Gun Kata 2 Sets and the Speeding Bullet 3 Sets. The Gun Kata 2 Sets increases the movement speed of the wielder by 25% and also increases maximum HP during battle by an additional 20% when equipped on Kiana or Kallen. The Speeding Bullet 3 Sets will make the wielder deal more ranged physical damage depending on the distance from the target. Ranged physical damage is increased by 5% per meter and stacks up to 10 times.

• Cleopatra (T): An ultimate attack-type Stigma. Can be assembled to form the Real Cleopatra set. A five star level 50 Cleopatra (T) grants the Advanced Flesh Lockon skill which increases the wielder's damage by 41% when the enemy's Elite Shield is broken.
• Cleopatra (M): An ultimate defense-type Stigma. Can be assembled to form the Real Cleopatra set. A five star level 50 Cleopatra (M) grants the Stun Lockon skill which increases the damage done to stunned enemies by 82%.
• Cleopatra (B): An ultimate hybrid-type Stigma. Can be assembled to form the Real Cleopatra set. A five star level 50 Cleopatra (B) grants the skill Paralysis Lockon which increases the wielder's damage done to paralyzed enemies by 82%.
