Reyen minstrel quest will be unlocked once your character reach Base Level 35. To start the quest, go to Geffen and find the minstrel William Hasat located beside Fred the Minstrel Toy Merchant.
To finish the quest you need to do the following:
- Give 1 piece Disguising Scroll.
- Kill 300 Goblin Archer.
- Give 30 pieces Memento.
Finishing this quest will unlock "Dumber Laser Gun" item in Amazing Toy Factory NPC.
