Maria minstrel quest will be unlocked once your character reach Base Level 35. To start the quest, go to Geffen and find the minstrel William Hasat located beside Fred the Minstrel Toy Merchant.
To finish the quest you need to do the following:
- Give 1 Sixth Sense Potion.
- Kill 300 Steam Goblin.
- Give 30 pieces Feather.
Finishing this quest will unlock "Release of Wish [1]" gear in Geffen Equipment Crafter.
