Ysmir minstrel quest will be unlocked once your character reach Base Level 15. To start the quest, go to Prontera and find the minstrel Leonard Knox located beside the Amazing Toys NPC.
To finish the quest you need to do the following:
- Give 1 piece Yggdrasil Leaf.
- Kill 300 Rocker.
- Give 30 pieces Feather.
Finishing this quest will unlock "Deathcat Shoes" gear in Prontera Equipment Craft.
