Kebak minstrel quest will be unlocked once your character reach Base Level 15. To start the quest, go to Prontera and find the minstrel Leonard Knox located beside the Amazing Toys NPC.
To finish the quest you need to do the following:
- Give 5 pieces Fly Wing.
- Kill 300 Yoyo.
- Give 30 pieces Jellopy.
Finishing this quest will unlock "Magic Trick Wand - Marin" item in Amazing Toy Factory.
