Hollgrehenn minstrel quest will be unlocked once your character reach Base Level 15. To start the quest, go to Prontera and find the minstrel Leonard Knox located beside the Amazing Toys NPC.
To finish the quest you need to do the following:
- Give 1 piece Blue Gemstone.
- Kill 300 Willows.
- Give 30 pieces Rotten Bandage.
Finishing this quest will unlock "Healing Staff[1]" gear in Prontera Equipment Craft.
