Fantasy War Tactics R is a free-to-play mobile strategic RPG. The game was developed by Nexon GT and published by Nexon for iOS and Android platforms. The game presents a campaign map of several regions, each containing many dungeons waiting to be conquered. The gameplay is a classic TRPG also known as SRPG in Japan. Players select from a roster of unique Heroes, deploy them on the battlefield and take turns to defeat opponents. The game features a unique set of Tactical Mechanics such as Advantage, Direction, Cooperation and Terrain which is vital in turning the tides of battle and ensuring victory. Heroes are categorized by Property and Battle-Type. Property includes Rock, Papers and Scissors which determines the weaknesses and strengths of each Hero in the battlefield. Battle-Type is categorized into Area, Area-Attack, Balance, Defense and Support which summarizes the specialty of each Hero during battle. The game not only offers PvE but also PvP where lords can test the might of their Heroes in an epic clash of weapons and magic.
