Last Day on Earth: Survival - Chopper: Blueprint and Assembly Guide

By:

Chopper is a motorcylce that can be used to travel to locations faster. It is the very first vehicle that you can unlock. The Chopper will also allow you to participate in the event: Rest Stop. Building a Chopper is a two phase process, first you need to craft the blueprint and then when you have the blueprint, you can proceed to assembly.

Chopper Blueprint

To unlock the Chopper blueprint, you need to be level 6 and must have 2 Craft Points available. You will need 10 Pine Planks, 5 Iron Bars and 5 Bolts to craft the blueprint. After you craft the blueprint you need a 2x2 area of level 2 floors to begin assembly. You can only assemble 1 Chopper.

Chopper Assembly

After crafting the blueprint, you can proceed to Chopper assembly. Assembling the Chopper can take a long time because of the scarcity of the materials. To finish the Chopper you will need to collect 20 Engine Parts, 10 Wiring, 2 Chopper Wheels, 30 Bolts, 10 Ball Bearings, 20 Rubber Parts, 30 Scrap Metals, 1 Chopper Fork, 1 Gas Tank and 4 Basic Backpacks. Among the materials needed, the most difficult to collect are the Engine Parts, Chopper Fork and Gas Tank. While it may be difficult to gather all the materials needed, finishing the Chopper is quite rewarding.

Chopper Use

After finalizing the Chopper assembly, the Drive option will become available in the world map screen. To use the Chopper you need to pour fuel into it, a maximum of 200 Fuel can be loaded into its tank. 1 gallon of Gasoline adds 25 Fuel to the Chopper, alternatively you can also use empty bottles to store Gasoline, 1 bottle of Gasoline adds 10 Fuel to the Chopper. You can apply patterns and recolor your Chopper to give it a personal touch. The Chopper also comes with four storage slots, which you can use to store backup items when traveling. Finally, the Chopper can carry heavy baggage such as the Generator and the Infected Box.
