Gunther minstrel quest will be unlocked once your character reach Base Level 25. To start the quest, go to Izlude and find the minstrel Cosma Reo located beside the Exchange NPC.
To finish the quest you need to do the following:
- Give 1 piece Warm Meal.
- Kill 300 Skeleton.
- Give 30 pieces Memento.
Finishing this quest will unlock "Disguising Scroll" item in Amazing Toy Factory.
