Cyclops possess one passive skill and three active skills. The following are the descriptions and analyses of each skills.
Cyclops' Tale
Cyclops is a giant with only one eye, yes, at least he is in his own homeland. Cyclops was obsessed with stars and skies when he was little. He watched all days and nights and discovered the truth that planets were moving all the time. And this kind of movements, it contains unbelievable magic power. with an hourglass to load and control this kind of power, became the famous "Starsoul Magician" in his homeland.
Planetary movements will never stop, hence his strength is extremely powerful and invincible, which however, made him feel lonely. One day, Cyclops arrived at the Land of Dawn during his space travel and he found out in surprise that there were so many strong opponents waiting for him to defeat. "I come, I see, I conquer!" Said Cyclops.

Skills
Cyclops possess one passive skill and three active skills. The following are the descriptions and analyses of each skills.
- Passive - Starlit Hourglass: The deep bind with stars gives Cyclops the power to control time. Current cooldown of all skills will reduce by 0.5 seconds when his skills hit enemies.
Analysis: A skill that is well synergized with Planets Attack skill. This build is also focused on reducing skill cooldown, that this passive skill will be the foundation that will allow Cyclops to spam skills.
- AoE - Stardust Shock: Gathers the power of starts and casts two shock waves of stardust, each dealing 220/250/280/310/340/370 + (+60% Total Magic Power) points of Magic Damage to the enemy. This skill costs 100 points of Mana to cast and has a 9.0 seconds Cooldown.
Analysis: This spell is the first one you should get at level 1. This will enable you to last hit enemy minions easily without putting yourself in danger.
- Burst + Buff - Planets Attack: Uses the power of stars to generate a starlit sphere spinning around him and increases his own movement speed greatly for a short period of time. The sphere will attack nearby enemies (enemy heroes first) automatically, dealing 210/250/290/330/370/410 + (50% Total Magic Power) points of Magic Damage to them (damages dealt to the same target will decay). This skill requires 75/85/95/105/115/125 Mana to cast and has a 14.0/13.5/13.0/12.5/12.0/11.5 Cooldown.
Analysis: This skill is you bread and butter offensive. After getting level 1 Stardust Shock, make this skill your priority to level up. Use this skill's automatic targeting capability to throw-off the enemies movement and aim by moving all over the place while using Planets Attack.
- Crowd Control + Burst - Star Power Lockdown: Cyclops wields the power of stars to his fullest and creates a magic sphere filled with planetary power to track his enemy, dealing 500/650/800 + (+200% Total Magic Power) points of Magic Damage. The target will be immobilized for 1-2 seconds based on sphere's flying distance. This skill requires 160/180/200 Mana to cast and has a 43.0 seconds Cooldown.
Analysis: Cyclops ultimate skill that makes him a terrifying foe on the battlefield. Once you cast this skill on an enemy, there is very little hope of escaping, make sure to never hold back using Star Power Lockdown during team fights.

Now, depending on the situation, you may craft Blood Wings first to gain a bit of HP and Magic Damage. Either way Holy Crystal and Blood Wings are your last two items to perfect your set. Finally, buy Magic Potion to increase your damage output when you have completed your set.
