Mired in crippling lag and numerous bugs, Ragnarok M: Eternal Love SEA players thirst for a better game experience. The recent release Episode 5.0 update on SEA server brought about not just new game contents but also frustrating server issues. By not addressing the existing server issues prior to Episode 5.0 release, such as the crippling lag, broken guild functions and party system during War of Emperium and War of Crystals, the players frustration were compounded. Coupled with delayed or rather lack of response from the Ragnarok M: Eternal Love's development team, prompted the players to exact their frustrations by pestering the game's page on app stores with one-star reviews.
While players are not asking for a perfect server with no issues, players deserve a better game experience than this. As an avid player of the game since day one of the SEA server, I'm puzzled by the absence and lack of communication from the game's development team to the player community as of this writing. A simple announcement of what's going on with the servers or what are the issues being resolved would suffice and not let the playerbase hang out to dry. Hopefully, the cries of hundreds of thousands players will be heard and we can continue our adventures happily.
